    This seems like a major UI/UX gap—resubmitting filings should clearly offer a way to link to the original envelope number, especially if the process is meant to ensure clarity for the clerk. A checkbox and input field would streamline things. It's https://innoutmenus.com
    like layout, no confusion, just what you need right when you need it.
