trying to use original envelope # for resubitting returned filings -
The instructions are not clear for linking a filing to an earlier return filing, no choice to choose this is a resubmitted filing was given, after clicking submit filing, no choice to choose this is a resubmitted filing was given. One 1st page and 4th page, give us a box to check and a field to enter the previous envelope number so the corrected document is seen by clerk as a re-submitted or corrected filing

It sounds like the process could definitely be improved to make resubmitting or linking filings clearer! Adding a checkbox or field for the previous envelope number on the 1st and 4th pages would make it much easier for users to mark filings as corrected or resubmitted, and it would help clerks identify them right away.
