    Many companies have a lot of data about the team’s work, but almost no one uses it. I was interested in the fact that tools are now emerging that can turn this into understandable insights. Especially when everything works through Gmail, Meet and Drive. Everything is well explained at https://workalizer.com , how it can be used without access to personal content. This seems much more adequate than the classic “employee control”.
