Can I eFile into a case "Under-Seal?"

If a case is "Under seal" then it can't be eFiled.  Documents that need to be presented, must be taken to the court for the judge's review (follow the normal guidelines for handling "under seal" documents).

By selecting "Contains sensitive data" on the document upload page, does not satisfy the requirement for handling "Under seal" cases.
