ALL - Will my credit card be charged for a filing that was rejected/returned for correction or cancelled?

No, your credit card will not be charged. Only accepted filings are charged. When the filing is submitted, the system does a pre-authorization that will hold the funds on your card, but once the rejection notification has been sent to the financial institution that owns your card, those funds should be released (some banks and credit card companies can take 3-14 business days to process this information and remove the hold). The same is true if you cancel a filing or your filing goes into a submission fail.
