Customer Comment: I am unable to use you in my Firefox browser as you need to update your security to be compatible.
Response: The issue has to do with your computer as FileTime works fine in all the browsers. Here are some suggestions for troubleshooting the issue from your end:
The error code that you reported, is an indication of a secure connection failure.Unfortunately, this is on your end and has not ties with FileTime. This could have been as a result of window 10 upgrade installation
Do you use Avast, BitDefender, ESET or Kaspersky, or any kind of proxy server, or any other product/service which filters your internet access?
If yes, please try the following to see if it corrects your problem:
Step 1 - Open the Avast dashboard on the affected system.
Step 2 - Select Settings from the left sidebar menu.
Step 3 - Switch to Active Protection.
Step 4 - Click on Customize next to Web Shield.
Step 5 - Uncheck the "Enable HTTPS Scanning" option and click ok.
If this doesn't work, then please contact your IT department. Some have reported that they use Avast and it was turned off, which was the cause of the issue.
