To request eCitation from the Denton County District clerk's office follow these steps:

1. Complete the Civil Process Request Form and request that the issuance be returned by eService and enter the email address(es) to which the citation(s) should be sent.
2. Upload the Process Request form as a lead document.
3. Do not need to request copies.

When the citation has been prepared the clerk's office will email a copy of the citation to you.

Attach a copy of the file stamped pleading to the citation and deliver it to your process server.
