Question: I have a huge document that took almost 45 minutes to convert to searchable which I understand, but it has now been stuck on 100% for about 10 minutes. Is this normal or do I need to shut this down and if I need to shut down how do I get out without losing my other things I have already downloaded and made searchable?

Answer: No, that is not normal. Our OCR engine that makes scanned PDF files into text-searchable text PDF files must have "frozen" after that long conversion process. Since FileTime shows that it is 100% the process has completed.
