Question: How do I eserve discovery on counsel through the eFiling system?

Answer: Serving discovery documents, or any other documents, to counsel without a simultaneous court filing is similar to the process of eFiling.

The only difference occurs on the second page of the submission process... the Upload Documents page.

Deselect the check mark for eFile that is the Filing Type default so that only eServe is checked (A).

The Filing Code (B) and Filing Description (C) automatically default to Service Only.

Upload your service documents in the normal manner and finish the submission as your would any other eFiling.
