Question: If I want to efile an ex parte request for TRO, do I just not click the service button for opposing counsel? Will it be served anyway since opposing counsel is related to this case?

Answer: Just uncheck the eService recipients. eFileManager will accept the filing but will not serve anyone who is not checked as an eService Recipient for the submission.
