Can't login after changing my password
Question: I can not log into my account after I reset the password. What do I do now?
Answer: This is undoubtedly an issue with your browser - specifically your browser cache, or memory. You probably previously set your browser to remember your password. It remembers your old password after you reset it. So, when you enter your new password and click the Login button, your browser cache submits your old password that it has stored in its cache.
The solution is to clear your browser cache so it no longer "remembers" your old password. Below are instructions on how to do this in most popular browsers.
