Question: I could not find where to enter the Case Title for my submission. Can I add a Case Title after submitting it?

Answer: You do not need to enter the case title for the initial filing for the case.

If you are filing in a jurisdiction that does not provide case data to us via eFileTexas, you may have to enter the case title for your subsequent filing into the case.

But, if you are filing into one of the larger counties you probably will not have to enter the case title- the clerk will do so.
