How to make me a service contact for multiple case parties

Question: I am representing three parties in an action. After I add myself as a service contact for one of the case parties I am not able to see my name in order to add myself as a service contact for the other case parties. What am I doing wrong?

Answer: At the present time, one of the limitations of the eFileTexas system is that a service contact can only represent one party in a case. As a result, we coded FileTime to remove a service contact from the selector list after that person has already been assigned as a case service contact.

This prevents errors from occurring at the time of submission when eFileTexas would reject the submission data from us because of duplicated service contacts on the case.
