eFilers Can Direct Additional Copies of Status Emails
This feature enables each firm filer to designate that additional copies of the selected notification emails go additional specified firm staff.
Here are instructions for adding additional recipients for the notification emails sent to you.
Log onto www.filetime.com.
Click on the My Account tab (A) located on the top navigation menu.
Click on the Notification Preferences tab (B) located below the top navigation menu.
Notification Preferences will then be displayed (B).
Under the Notification List, select a name (C). Your present notification preferences for that individual will display in the right column.
If there are no recipients listed, click the Add New Recipient button (D) and follow instructions to add a recipient.
With the recipient name highlighted, go to the Email Notification area and deselect any notification emails (E) you do not want that person to receive.
- Filing Accepted – This notification comes from eFileManager alerts you that the referenced filing has been accepted by the clerk.
- Filing Rejected – This notification comes from eFileManager and confirms rejection of a filing by the clerk or returned for correction.
- Filing Submitted – This notification comes from eFileManager and confirms receipt of a filing by eFileManager.
- Service Status – This email comes from FileTime and provides a status of the eService (successful or failed) to each eService recipient in a submission.
Click the Save Changes button when done or click the Delete button to delete that recipient.
