Opposing counsel was able to obtain your email address and he/she added you as a firm service contact for his/her in the case.

You will need to contact the firm under which your name displays as a service contact and ask/demand that they remove you as one of their own firm service contacts for the case.

You should be sure to add yourself as a service contact for your firm for the case. This will cause your name to automatically display as an eService Recipient for counsel when he/she next files in the case.

We recommend that you add yourself to the eFileTexas Public Service Contact List so counsel can add you as an eService recipient on cases and your firm name will display correctly.
