General Information
- County Court at Law eFile Hotline: 972-548-6451

- Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover No American Express
- Court is integrated - Case data will be provided for existing cases.
- Court is not charging $2 cost recovery fee.
- Attachments to lead are not allowed.
- Combine all exhibits for a filing into a single document.
- Documents do not have to be bookmarked
- Documents do not have to have page numbering.
- Multiple lead documents per filing are allowed.
Initial Filings
- Case Information Sheet should be submitted as a lead document.
- Exhibits should be merged together and submitted as a lead document.
- Create a Cover letter and upload the lead document to request citations and the like. Select Request as the Filing Code and Request for Citation as the additional court service.
- Each additional Citation Requests, Copies and the like are ordered as additional filings.
- The addresses of the plaintiff are not required. The address of the defendants are not required, unless requesting for a citation.
- In preparing an Original Petition all parties should be listed.
Subsequent Filings
- Orders should be filed as lead documents.
- Motions should be filed lead documents.
- Exhibits should be filed as lead documents.
- When filing Exhibits as a lead document ensure the style of the case and case number is included on the first page.
- Create a Cover letter and upload the lead document to request citations and the like. Select Request for Citation... as the Filing Code.
- �Most Exhibits are filed with a Motion. Select Request as the Filing Code and Request for Citation as the additional court service.
- Each additional Citation Requests, Copies and the like are ordered as additional filings.

This jurisdiction’s Case Management System, (CMS) is fully integrated into the State eFiling system.
When you are making a subsequent eFiling into an existing case for this jurisdiction your case should be available in the eFiling system and your case information will be automatically imported.
