Not Receiving eFiling Status Emails

The eFiling and eService notification emails go directly to you from eFileTexas. Neither the jurisdiction nor FileTime ever see those emails.

The reason that you are not receiving them is that something along way is intercepting them.

Most often the intercept occurs in your firm network or in your computer by your spam filter. The first thing to check is your bulk or spam folder. You will most likely find the email in there.

The real answer is that you must "white list" the following:
