Question: How do I serve discovery on counsel through the eFiling system?

Answer: Serving discovery documents, or any other documents, to counsel without a simultaneous court filing is similar to the process of eFiling.

The only difference occurs on the second page of the submission process... the Upload Documents page.

Change the Filing Type default from eFile & eServe to eServe (A).

The Filing Code (B) and Filing Description (C) automatically default to Service Only.

Upload your service documents in the normal manner and finish the submission as your would any other eFiling.
