Why isn't case available for filing?
eFileManager contains two broad groups of cases: indexed and non-indexed.
Indexed cases are those for which eFileManager can receive case information directly from the jurisdiction. Generally, the larger counties fall into this category but they may not provide the data to eFileManager for older cases.
Non-indexed cases are those cases in which the jurisdiction chooses not to or is not able to provide case information to eFileManager. In those cases you have to manually enter the case information.
