Question: How do I refile a filing that I canceled?

Answer: You can always start a new submission for the case but you might save a little time using the following method:

Login to www.filetime.com

Click the Filings button (Figure 1, A) on the sub-menu bar and you are taken to the Filings page.

The filing you canceled will be displayed in orange font (Figure 1, B) - click it to highlight it.

When it is highlighted (Figure 2, A) you will see the Filing Details section in the right column.

Click the Retry button (Figure 2, B).

You will be taken to the completed Case Information page.

Complete the submission as you would any other.
