All court documents may be eFiled except:

1. Wills - you can submit a scanned will but you are required to follow up with an original signed version to the clerk of court.
2. Documents sealed pursuant to Tex.R.Civ. P. 76a; and
3. Documents to which access is otherwise restricted by law or court order
