Can we add non-attorneys to the service contacts list for a case?

In most cases we recommend that you provide multiple firm Service Contacts for every case in which you eFile.

Those Service Contacts can be anyone so designated by your Firm eFiling Administrator: receptionist, legal secretary, paralegal, office administrator, and attorneys.

Your case service contacts are associated with the case in the eFileTexas database, enabling any other case parties to eServe the Service Contacts.
