Why Can I not download the service document?

eFileTexas delivers the Notification of Service email to each recipient immediately after the submission. If the submission is an eFiling with eService the clerk has not yet accepted the filing so no file marked document is available until the filing is processed.

eFileTexas is supposed to provide the non-file marked copy if you click the Download link in the email before the filing has been accepted. They then are supposed to provide the file marked copy of the document if you click the download link after the filing is accepted.

At the time of writing this article eFileTexas has a bug in their system that does not allow you to download the non-file marked document prior to the filing acceptance by the clerk. This is supposed to be fixed soon.
