•  Court is integrated - Case data will be provided for existing cases.
•  Court is not charging a $2.00 cost recovery fee.
• Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
•  Multiple lead documents per filing are allowed.
• Attachments are allowed.

Initial Filings- not mandatory

•  You cannot request copies under Court Services to be attached to the citation.
• The addresses of the plaintiff(s) and/or defendant(s) are required.
• Original Petitions require all parties to be listed.

Subsequent Filings

• Items not needing a file stamp (proposed orders, notices, etc) should not have a cover letter as the lead document.
•   Motions should be filed as lead documents.
•  Exhibits should be filed as an attachment.
